Returns & Cancellations

New, unused equipment in its original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within [14/30] days of delivery, in line with applicable EU consumer protection regulations for online purchases. Certain items may be excluded from return due to their nature (e.g., custom-configured equipment).

Given the nature of used equipment, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Because used items are described in detail at the time of listing, we encourage buyers to review specifications, condition notes, and photos carefully, or contact us with questions, before purchasing.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our team directly. Orders already in transit or custom-prepared for a specific customer (e.g., financed equipment, special import orders) may not be eligible for cancellation without additional costs.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [X] business days of the return being received and inspected. Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
