Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable VAT and shipping costs. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices without prior notice.

Used equipment is sold based on the condition described on the relevant product listing at the time of purchase. Buyers are encouraged to review condition notes, usage hours, and included accessories carefully before ordering. Additional warranty terms for used equipment, where applicable, are specified per item.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or, for financed/quoted orders, upon signed agreement of terms. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. For larger orders, deposits or full prepayment may be required prior to dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on equipment availability, destination, and carrier schedules. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty coverage varies by product and is specified on individual product listings or in your purchase agreement. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are passed through according to the terms set by Trimble, Spectra Geospatial, or relevant forklift manufacturers.

GerdSurvey Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased equipment, except as required by applicable Portuguese and EU consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the buyer's country of residence, where applicable.
